Product Introduction

SNT color floor wax is composed of acrylic emulsion, zinc ammonium carbonate, polyethylene wax, pigments, water, and a range of other additives.

The acrylic polymer is a high molecular weight compound commonly used as a film-forming agent, which can form a continuous protective film on the floor surface, playing an important role in protecting the floor surface and maintaining aesthetics. Polyethylene, as a plastic material, enhances the wear resistance and elasticity of the wax layer. Zinc ammonium carbonate provides additional hardness and wear resistance, while pigments enrich the color variety of the floor wax. In addition, the formula of Nanook colored floor wax also includes other functional additives, such as wetting agents, leveling agents, and film-forming aids. These additives help to enhance the construction performance and final usage effects of the floor wax, such as increasing the gloss of the wax layer, improving anti-slip properties, and enhancing the durability of the wax layer.

Applicable Scope

Widely suitable for cement floors, PVC plastic floors, epoxy resin floors, terrazzo floors, etc.

Currently, floor materials can be roughly divided into five major categories:

1. Cementitious Floors: Such as concrete floors, terrazzo floors, quartz sand floors, cement mortar floors, and self-leveling cement. For these types of floors with more pores, we have designed some substances that can fill the pores and enhance the density of the floor surface.

2. PVC Plastic Floors and Conductive Floors: Such as hospital PVC floors, sports floors, PVC anti-static floors. For these types of floors with fewer pores and smoother surfaces, we have designed some wear-resistant and adhesion-enhancing components to meet the needs of these floors.

3. Epoxy Resin and Paint Floors: These types of floors are prone to tire marks and stain penetration, which are not easy to clean. Therefore, we have designed some wear-resistant and stain-resistant components for these floors.

4. Solid Wood and Laminate Floors: These types of floors require wax with strong penetration to nourish the wood. Therefore, we have designed some penetration-enhancing components and stain prevention components for these floors.

5. Ceramic Tile, Marble: These types of floors are relatively smooth, especially marble, where dirt can easily penetrate. Therefore, we have designed some anti-slip components, adhesion-enhancing components, and components to prevent the penetration of foreign substances for these floors.

Usage Instructions

[First confirm whether the floor has been waxed before]

For New Floors: First Waxing

1. Clean the floor thoroughly to remove dirt and debris, then wait for the floor to dry completely.

2. Apply a thin layer of floor wax, wait for it to dry and form a film.

3. Apply a second layer of floor wax after the first layer has dried completely.

4. Allow the wax to dry completely before walking on it; depending on the requirement, 2-5 layers of wax can be applied.

For Floors Previously Waxed:

1. Use a wax remover to strip off the old wax and clean the dirt thoroughly, then wait for the floor to dry completely.

2. Apply a thin layer of floor wax, wait for it to dry and form a film.

3. Apply a second layer of floor wax after the first layer has dried completely.

4. Allow the wax to dry completely before walking on it; depending on the requirement, 2-5 layers of wax can be applied. Ensure good ventilation during waxing and preferably wax on a sunny day.

Precautions

1. Choose a good day for waxing, maintain good ventilation, and avoid construction on rainy days with high humidity or in low temperatures.

2. Do not freeze, do not dilute the product, and do not pour the remaining wax back into the container.

3. After waxing, do not wash the wax surface with a large amount of acidic or alkaline cleaners, as this can damage the film-forming wax on the floor surface.

4. Avoid contact with eyes and skin. If contact with skin or eyes occurs, immediately rinse with plenty of water and seek medical attention. Keep out of reach of children and away from fire sources, and store in a cool, dry place.

5. This product is only suitable for clean hard surfaces.

Why Wax the Floor?
